Hello rachel, these 2 months are the peak season for Halloween orders, so if you need to get it before Halloween, please make the order as soon as possible.  n_n
**in October (especially after mid-Oct.), in our experience, both the processing time & shipping time for Standard Shipping may have a bit delay, because many orders are rush for delivery before Halloween.
