Hello Alexis, we include free shipping worldwide, except Vietnam. n_n

Since it is our long Chinese New Year holidays in Feb., so, if you order standard size now (2-3 weeks making costume time + 4 weeks holidays delay) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around April 15th.
