Hello leep, yes, you can write it in Remark box (in order form) when you make the order, but we are afraid the price will be just the same even you don't want the hat.
**Actually, we include the costume accessory parts without charge extra cost, so even customer don't want them, the price will just stay same, hope you can understand. :)
