Where are the coat sleeves supposed to end when someone is actually wearing it? Fushimi's ends just right over his forearm, above the wrists, but below the elbow. Would I have to provide that specific measurement to ensure this detail?

Hello Ethan Rucker, the sleeves is supposed to reach around wrist, but our tailor can actually adjust the sleeves length for you if you requested. If you've specific request about the sleeves length, please write it in remark box (in order form), and our tailor will adjust it for you. n_n
