Does this come with something to wear under it (a skirt, etc.)? I'm really curious because the picture shows her wearing what looks like black bloomers. Also would I be able to get the dress itself lengthened?

Hello Julie, we put a pannier under the costume when taking product photos, but the pannier is not included, you have to buy the pannier separately. If you want to change the length of dress,please submit a ticket to our Support Center and let my teammates help you.n_n
