A: You can wash in cold water with shampoo and wash gently. But remember do not brushes until it dry. When it is dry, then you can brush wigs into desired style.

does it come styled when it's shipped?

Hello Kira-Chan, the wig has basic style.  The curly wig & length are same as the photo shown, but we will not use any clay to style it when we pack it (as that will destroyed the wig style during international shipping process).  So, after you received the wig, you have to use some hair style clay to fix the style better.  n_n
