Hello... what do we have to measure exactly in order to get this custom sized... and the sleeves measurement... will you make it longer then it is... Because if i measure my sleeve Length the sleeves wouldnt go over my hand, or will it. Its the only thing i'm confused about. and also what should i measure because the picture shows Outside leg as well? Do I measure that?
