Does the coat have pockets under the zippers?

Hello first off I bought this cosplay costume size Large (for female) 2012-05-25 and just recieved it today, (I thank you for the prompt quickness i find it nice for a cosplay) however it doesnt fit I can't barely attempt it (this is pretty much my fault as I didnt have measurements at that time and as I regularly wear an L I figured it would be fine and didnt pay much attention) but since it didnt fit me I measured myself and compared it and found that it was wayyy to small especially looking at what fits in the weight criteria for an L (even an X-L at tat) was 118-126 lbs which doesnt make much sense to me for that size. Would it be possible if I could get a refund and send it back??? And a second question... I have a convention July 18th if I could possibly get a refund and order a new one with better measurements and even pay extra for the faster shipping do you think this would still be enough time?? Either way I would like to get a refund for it as its $92 for something I cant wear :/ -Thanks
