If I get this cloak's length changed to 130 cm will the front be made to proportion?

Hello kali123, no, if you just want to change the back length, then the proportion will not be changed.

The actual costume is just same as the photo shown; if you'd like to change the design/proportion, please submit ticket (with product link, request & reference pictures showing the design / proportion you want it be) to our Support Center and let my teammate helps you directly. n_n
