Hello Jan, since we make costumes (and shoes, props & shoes) only after received orders, so, if we made the correct costume size as you ordered, we are afraid we cannot accept return & exchange for new size, hope you can understand. n_n

If I order this cosplay and wig somewhere near the end of August, for a friend's birthday, would I be able to get it before September 15th?

Hello Rei, the processing time for this costume is 12-17 days. We include free shipping (Hong Kong Post, 20-30 days shipping time) worldwide. So, it will take 32-47 days for package to deliver you by free shipping.

You can also pay extra shipping cost and upgrade to a faster shipping method. such as UPS,it will take 4-6 days arrive your there. it will take 16-23 days for package to deliver you by UPS. n_n
