How long will the making and shipping of these boots take if I order them now? Also, is the boot height customisable or do I just select my foot size? Thank you.

Hello Lava, if you order shoes now (about 2 weeks making costume time), plus 3 weeks Chinese New Year holidays delay, and if you use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around late March.

*All shipping information (including methods, cost & estimated delivered date) will be shown in order page, before payment; you can pay extra cost to upgrade shipping method there.

*Please remember to mark down the date (you need it) in the order form when you order it. :)

The heels height is standard. The boot height is customized, you enter the boot height, then our shoes tailor will make it as your requests. (n__n)

so when it says 24cm (small) does that mean its a 9.5 shoe size? i'm pretty confused on this,i wear size 9 in women. what size is best for me? need an answer soon because i'm waiting to buy these with my shoes

Hello Candice, you just need to measure the length from toes to the heel, cause there many size in different country, we can not match all of it.
