Hello Allie, custom size doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer, we need about 20 business days to make it (excluding shipping time).
By free shipping (Hong Kong Post, 20-30 days shipping time), it may not reach by 5th August. But, you can pay extra shipping cost and upgrade to a faster shipping method. n_n
