If I order it and don't like what the actual costume looks like, will I get a refund?

Hello adam, this is our commission series (no actual product yet, but provided with cartoon images only), so, once we start making it, it is unable to cancel order or get 100% refund, we will only able to refund the amout after we deducted the actual mateial cost incurred, hope you can understand.
