Hello Chazza, thanks for your question. It is a easy-to-use tattoo, so we only need the tattoo, a wet cloth & cup of water. (n__n)

Steps:

1. tear off the transparent side,

2. stick it on your skin,

3. use a wet cloth to make the tattoo wet,

4. when it is wet enough, you can take off the white side from the tattoo easily.

**if you cannot take off the white side easily, that means it is not wet enough, so you have to use the wet cloth to make it wetter.
