Hello. I would want to buy this within a year, but I am not sure of one thing. Although it says international, I still wanted to be sure if this can be shipped here in the Philippines. If so, how many days will it take?

Hi I've got a question. I ordered this last month and I was wondering if the wrist cuffs will be coming with it? I got a notification that the cosplay is supposed to arrive tomorrow, but I thought I'd ask! :)
