Are the rims of the cuffs Black or blue? Btw I have previosuly baught a Kakashi Hatake costume from you, and i was severely impressed, with the quality. So natrually i expect the same from my recent purchase of Sasuke Uchias Pre-Shippuden Costume. I think I will be. Thank you xxxx
