I understand it takes about 3 weeks to make but it'll be done a couple days before the 8th & if so can I pay for express shipping & have it here no later then that day?

Hello lisa, for this costume, we will need about 1 month to make it.

So, if you order standard size now (about 1 month making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of October.
