Can this be made and shipped out before March 4th 2023?

Hello Olivia, we are sorry that the time is too tight. If you order it now, it is unable to reach you by 4th March.

*If you order it now (about 2~3 weeks making costume time) and use the faster shipping method (Express, 7~15 days shipping time), it will reach you around mid-March.
