Hello CaleDream, yes, please check Len wigs & see which one you like most.  For the tie, it is not included in the costume, but if you need it, please submit ticket (with product link & request) to our Support Center and let my teammates help you directly.  n_n

Hello NekoLen, no, the tie is not included, this costume includes the top, jacket, pants, ears & tail.  n_n
