Hello Uzumaki, yes, if you order it now (about 3-4 weeks making costume time) and use the free shipping method (Standard Shipping, 20~30 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of Oct.

Since there may be Halloween delivery peak season during October, so we will suggest you upgrade to Express Shipping (7~15 days shipping time).
