Hello Derek, the custom size costume doesn't charge extra, but the proceed time will be longer than standard size costume; we will need about 20 days to make the custom size for you. So, if you need it by August, and will using free shipping (Hong Kong Post, 20-30 days shipping time), you will need to order it around mid-June. n_n
