for the boot height, what do that mean? is it how high the boot covers go up the wear's legs?

Hello Shirley Pilon, this costume includes a pair of leg covers, so we need to know the leg covers height (from the covers' bottom to the top), so we can make the leg covers length as customer's request. (n__n)
