what is the different between feather boa(white 03) and feather boa (white 02)? It is 03 more thick than 02? How long it will take to receive at Ipoh,Perak, Malaysia?

Hello sha,the quality and the material are different between 03 from 02.The feather boa needs about 3-5 business days to prepare.And it will take about 20-30 days for normal shipment.You can also choose other shipping methods to have a fast shipping.But extra fee is needed.
