Very disappointed. Damaged L on hat, gloves without L, zip unable to close properly Ordered XL for the leg length, specifically stated to tailor to a lean build which was ignored. Was not contacted, no product photos were sent to me before being shipped. Fixing this will take more time than making it from scratch, which is why I ordered it in the first place.

Hello Jake, thanks for your comment. We use the same tailor to make this costume as before (since 12 July, 2016) and we checked all costumes before we shipped it out. In our policy, only in the case of commission series products, we will take and send actual product photos for customer approval; this costume is not newly made nor commission series, so we don't take photos again.

And, don't worry, if you found we made wrong costume size, we will surely responsible for that. Please submit ticket (with order number & description) to our Support Center and let my teammates help you directly. n_n

If you order it, we will send you the actual product photos before ship it to you, and our tailor will adjust it if you don't satisfy with it, so please don't worry about this. n_n
