Is there away that you could make the tail things longer if I included my height? I want them to be dragging on the ground

Hello there, Im considering on buying this ( using the Premium express shipping as i'd need it asap before july 20th) and i was wondering for the custom sizing, where to i relay the information? on the Remarks section of the shipping information, or by email? i would like to know so i can plan accordingly. thank you ^^
