Is there something underneath the skirt so nothing inappropriate will show? (If you don't understand, sometimes there's like a super small sized shorts underneath the skirt)

Hello mackywacky00, no, this costume includes the dress, sleeves, bow knots & bag, as the product photo shown. We put a pannier under the dress when taking product photo, but the pannier is not included. n_n

Hello Yuna, the actual costume is just same as the photo shown; if you'd like to change the color, please submit ticket (with product link & request) to our Support Center and let our tailor check if they can make for you. n_n

*Custom modification (e.g. change colors / design / length) doesn't charge extra costs. :)
