does it come with boot covers?

I'm sorry but this is down right horrible! The scarf looks like it's supposed to be a swim floaty and should be made from a very soft fabric like fleece or something. The bikini top should be made like a regular triangular bikini top with a draw string and the ties should be made from a stretchy fabric like spandex the shorts are also a no. They should be made shorter because Yoko's shorts are actually almost like a bottom piece for a swimsuit. The gloves are fine BUT her braclet needs to have bigger yellow dome shapes on them instea of tiny gold charms. As for her boots, they need to be shorter and need to fold over (if that makes any sense). I really don't mean to sound rude but if you're running a cosplay site you should try to make the cosplays look close to the characters or else someone will just go shopping else where.
