I would like to purchase the Lolita Dress (Hester), but I am slightly larger than the Female XL size. My waist is 29 inches, my chest is 38 inches, but my hips are 44 inches. Does the hip size matter since it is a dress? If it does, how much extra does it cost for a customized fit?
