Hello Katherine, no, if you order it now, we are afraid it cannot reach you before 1st April.

*We will need about 1 month to make the costume, and there will be 4~6 weeks Chinese new year holidays delay, while the fastest shipping method (Premium Express) will take another 3-6 days shipping time, so it will reach you around end of April.
