If I get this in a custom size how long does it take to be made and shipped to Canada

Hello Ryan, if you order standard size now (about 3 weeks making costume time) and use the faster shipping method (Premium Express, about 5~7 business days shipping time), it will reach you around late July. (n__n)

【2】 Please remember to mark down the date (you need it) in the order form when you order it. :)
