Hi..I wanted to make sure, the only items that is not included in this cosplay is the white shirt and inner vest, correct?

What do you mean "separate items which included pants, coat & scarf ONLY"? jacket is not included? o.O which is the jacket? does this mean this Shinsengumi costume, the one you sell is incomplete?
