We are afraid that it can't reach you before that date. The costume takes at least 12 business days for us to make. And the quickest shipping way will still need 4-6 business days to reach you after we ship it out.

Hello Malar, this costume takes us 12-17 days to make, if you use the fastest shipping (UPS) takes another 4-6 days to deliver the package, so if you order now, it probably can reach you before 24th August. n_n
