Do you clip the red bow in the middle of the shirt with a paper clip? Also, do you clip the big armband on the sleeve with a paper clip? How do you put them on?

Hello! I hear that this costume a bit "tight" once you have put i ton. If I put in my measurements right for custom size, the costume will be the right size for me, correct? Is it supposed to feel a "little tight"? Will the measurements take care of that? Please help!!! Thank you!!!
