Hi! I was wondering something about the "Chest" box from the custom size, I would like to get this dress for a "macromastia" size (M-Cup I guess), but I don't know where I should start to take the measurement, my friend said the bust's measure is "116cm" but I don't know if is taking that from the back without the breast, just the breast, or taking the measure starting the back and covering both breasts, and I'm wondering how I could fil the "Chest" box from the "Custom size" option? also I was wondering if you could make shipments to México (because I'm from there) Thank you n_n
