Hello Emily Fedele, since our tailors are enjoying their long Lunar New Year holidays now until mid Feb., so, if you order the costume now (about 3 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of March.

Does the bow in the back clip onto the obi (aka belt)? and if so how stable is it?
