is the hat going to come in a separate package because i didn't get one with the rest of the uniform?

The red ribbons (as the picture above on the character) are on the both sides/edge of the long sleeves. Since the badge is not included, will the cosplay outfit especially the hat cost more than the price if I would like the badge to be sewn on the hat? ^^ Ah, I don't have any tickets. This is my first time buying from you and I am from Malaysia, so I don't know how much is US$ 87.52 in RM. >.
