Can the color of the outfit be changed completely? I also just realized this is Seras Victorias outfit and not schrodingers in the preview image.

I have 2 questions. One, would the nazi sign be on the arm? Because I would rather it not. And two, would photos be available for this before I buy it? The photo here is of seras's costume.
