Hello Tehreem, our office is in Hong Kong and we have online shop only. Our company has set up for a few years. You can shopping here at ease. Of course we can make a costume for a 16 years old child. Please simply select the 'custom size'and fill up your exact body size (or the costume size you want it be) , and our tailor will make your costume size as required. n_n
