Hello, If I were to customize this outfit and buy on September 9th 2018. Would it be possible to receive the outfit by November 6th 2018?

For this costume, it will need 30-35 business days to process and we are afraid it is too tight to reach you before 6th November 2018 though you choose the fastest shipping method, hope you can understand. n_n

One last question, you said if I order today it'll be about 30-35 days and arrive around September 21st. If it's a custom sized suit will that still apply? Because I wanna make sure the sizes are right for my event in October.

Hello Jordan, if you order custom size now (about 5 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around 6 weeks after order is paid & confirmed, before October.
