We have a skating competition for our daughter on Feb 15th.would we be able to get a dress made and have it by then-also could we ask for it to be a little shorter?

Hello Pam, the costume takes 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker and 20-30 days for the package travel from our office to your mailing address. So we are afraid the costume can not be able to arrive before Feb 15th. n_n
