Hi! I've bought multiple cosplays here before and they are all good! If I wanted to commission this product, do I simply just add it to the cart and buy it or do I have to submit a ticket? I would also like to request to make the boots but only have it slip on the legs and have the bottom open so I can wear any shoes under it and still have the look of the boots. Also what does it mean when it says there is no pattern for the top and belt buckle?
