For the sizes, I'm not sure the large would fit me properly. Would it be possible if I sent in my measurements so have it customized to my size?

Hello Kida, this swimming trunks provide fixed size only, no custom size option.  It is a spandex costume, so there will be more elastic than general polyester costumes.  (n__n)
