After the processing time, how long will it take for the outfit to be delivered to florida? I need it before April 7, 2015.

Hello Elizabeth, since it is our long Chinese New Year holidays in Feb., so, if you order standard size now (2-3 weeks making costume time + 4 weeks holidays delay) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around late April.
